All three types of entities found I already knew in my heart, but this was confirmation. I had even met the High Elf that I was told I was closest to - he had told me to call him grandfather and helped me many times in my protective workings.

After a long hesitation, finally I was ready to place this order in with CH. It was a surprise, because I have a Spy Vampire that was the most dominant out of all the possibilities and this female ancestor came home with me on a terrific looking clear topaz ring. My other two was elf and angel on my bloodline. Which is great. I absolutely prefer angelic being and my elvish family also have grew rapidly in the last six months due to earth elemental energy.

I must admit..thinking of this order and it’s results, now even if these supernatural dna came back after CH testing my energy, I am convinced that it’s effects are minimal in my present lifetime as a human being. Especially being a very old human incarnation on earth. I would say my living entity celestial affinity is the greatest in my energy of Light and correspondence with my ancestral bloodline.

I just got this and I am so glad I did!

I was so surprised by my results because I wasn't expecting them but they really make a lot of sense for my family and I! I can see so many of the traits on both sides too.

I got a Giant on my mother's side which was surprising because our family isn't really tall but my grandfather and his family is full of people with tons of physical strength and endurance, my grandpa is also great at building things and he is strong even though he is in his mid seventies now.

I also got high elf on my father's side and I think that is where my blue eyes and my father's and grandfather's came from. They are light icy blue and very striking, it is my most defining feature and I also can see similar traits in our personalities too.

I also got Cambion on my father's side, which surprised me but not as much when I know my uncle has had at least one child the rest of our family had been unaware of, it wouldn't surprise me if my uncle inherited some of our ancestor's traits.

I wanted a reading like this for a while but couldn’t decide which one to go with so I just did this one. It took a while for the reading to be completed, close to a month, but it was absolutely worth the wait! Turns out I have angelic, faery, and vampire ancestry and the spirits that came forward are the most unique and interesting bunch of spirits ever! I love them all. I was super surprised by each one, I read about 3 nonhuman connections in my blood. I have always had an affinity for vampires and faeries so those weren’t TOO surprising (although it was still validating) and the. Angel one was just wow! This is a reading I recommend everyone get as it helps you as a spirit keeper and on your spiritual journey.

Oh yes, we're that good! We definitely take longer than some internet spirit & spell sellers. However, we're not the "toss a product in a bag & ship it" mentality here. Because of the level of devotion to our craft we give individual attention to each order, and considering the sheer volume of orders we receive, it can take 7-10 business days for an order to ship, or be completed. We're worth the wait! With over 15 years of service online it's no wonder that our shop has garnered the amount of attention it has :) We put individual attention into each & every order. We are committed professionals who have an outstanding reputation for being meticulous & thoughtful with every order.

Typically shipping with Creepy Hollows can be anywhere between 7-10 days. We do our best to process orders as efficiently as possible however we do take the time to make sure each person is receiving spirits and/or spells that best suit them, doing this gives us the opportunity to make adjustments when necessary. We do not strive to earn our reputation in fast shipping, but quality work. We take the responsibility of the paranormal with the utmost respect at all times! Work begins on all orders within 24 hours - 3 days of placement, which includes any Bridging.

Explanation of Order Statuses:
Backordered: The entire order has been back-ordered (rarely used)
Completed: Your order has been shipped and is complete, a tracking number was sent via email from Stamps
Declined: Paypal or your credit card has been declined for payment
Failed: During processing the payment method you used did not complete, and the items are not reserved for you
Not Finished: You did not finish placing your order
Partially Paid: You have placed a layaway & have made the down payment, but have not finished paying for it
Partially Shipped: There is an item(s) that will be shipping separately from the rest of your order
Paid Off: You have finished paying off your layaway and it will be shipping soon
Processed: You have completed the check out process and the items in your order are reserved for you, the next step is "Complete"
Queued: You did not finish the whole check out process and the items are not reserved for you
Re-Shipped: You wrote in to say your package was lost & we re-shipped the order to you

Assigned to...: When your order is assigned it means work has started and the person the order is assigned to will be the crew member shipping your order :)

Orders take between 7-10 business days to ship. Business days are Monday-Friday.

We accept the following payment methods:

Order Cancellation

You have 3 days from the date the order was placed to cancel for a full refund to the payment source, otherwise once the order is shipped you would need to return the order if you decide you do not want to keep it. Services cannot be cancelled once they are completed; you can reschedule a service or exchange services (within 30 days - see information below).

If you have more than 5 orders canceled & refunded on your account, your account will be immediately suspended.

Return Policy

You must return the order received within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs). All items must be in their original state and either in their original packaging or similar packaging as items damaged in return will not be refunded. We recommend you purchase tracking for your return package to ensure its safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Exchange Policy

You have a 30 day period once your order is marked complete. If something doesn't work for you we are happy to help you with any questions or concerns, or match you with a better spirit, spell, or service. Sometimes there are reasons you know or don't know why a spirit or spell doesn't work well with you. You have 30 days to get to know a spirit, or spell, and for the two of you to decide if it's a good fit. If for any reason you think the two of you aren't working out you can send the spirit, or spell, back and we will re-match you with a new spirit or spell, we will provide you a gift certificate to replace an order for the binding of your choice. Replacements are done once only for a binding exchange. We still maintain that all good things take time for some but in some cases you just know in the first 30 days.

Any special offers, Limited Time Only, Eterna Membership, Third Party, bath & body products, or custom work (any item titled "Custom") that is done specifically for you is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Communication for Return or Exchange

You must write to support@creepyhollows.com. This is the ONLY form of communication we will accept for cancellations, returns, or exchanges. You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the items to us, we recommend you send the package with tracking (and insurance if the value exceeds $100). You will be responsible for the shipping charges to ship your exchange/replacement back to you once we have received the original items. If you ship items back outside of the return window (5 days from order receipt), they will not be refunded or exchanged.

If you file a chargeback, all work done by us is reversed immediately and will no longer be obtainable. Your account is immediately suspended and will not be reinstated until the order is paid for, including any chargeback fees we have to pay because of the chargeback; suspension of your account includes all CH services and areas of the site.

Digital content on this website is not subject to order cancellation or our return policy because once the order is processed, access to the content is provided and cannot be reclaimed. Therefore all sales are final with digital content.

Because of the nature of the work involved there is a great deal of personal time that is required for the bindings and work involved for each order.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion. Examples would include gross pricing errors, suspicious account activity, etc.

We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we believe that what you are requesting is not realistic, cannot be done, or we believe you would be better served to seek a medical professional's advice.

Disputes on Orders

If we receive notice from Paypal or your financial institution, that there is an open dispute on the charge of your order, we will immediately suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. All open orders in your name will also be placed on hold and/or immediately canceled until the dispute is resolved.

We immediately provide all information related to the purchase; name on the order, the IP address, billing & shipping address, items ordered, and any relevant information requested by the bank disputing the charge, and/or law enforcement.

We reserve the right to cancel & immediately refund any order we believe to be placed fraudulently.
