We take very good care of our collectors and members across all areas of our website. Our site has been referred to as a "kingdom" before by members and for good reason- our site is huge. Whether you're a member of our Shop, Forum, or Encyclopedia we are responsive to your needs, questions, and desires. Our staff, known as the Creepy Crew, answer all inquiries that come through Support within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday (sometimes weekends and holidays).

All memberships are free with the customer loyalty program. Memberships are awarded based on your total purchases in the shop.
There are times when we may offer other forms of membership, but they are not part of the permanent, loyalty program.

Loyalty Points
Customers with store accounts are automatically enrolled, you can read about Loyalty Points and how they are used. If you do not have a store account yet, join the Program today by creating your account. You earn 1 point for every $1.00 spent on purchases in the store. To redeem points earned you need to be signed in to your store account. If you accrued enough reward points for a discount, the store will automatically calculate the discount for you upon checkout. You can adjust the maximum number of reward points you wish to spend on the order on the cart page. The maximum discount that you can receive for an order by redeeming your reward points is $0.00.
The points are redeemed at 2% on your next order. Your points are converted to a dollar discount at a 2% rate of your points total. It will be automatically redeemed on your cart screen.

Customer Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Your package comes in a plain, unmarked bubble mailer or cardboard box with an anonymous return address. We know you may not want to advertise to the world you're a paranormal collector and we do everything we can to ensure your privacy.
