We're no fools, we realize a passion for the paranormal takes second place to all the important, daily living expenses everyone accrues on this planet. In keeping with our fun-loving atmosphere here we don't just have sales... we have epic, legendary, sonnet-worthy sale events where the discounts stack up like a money-saving totem pole!

We take very good care of our collectors and members across all areas of our website. Our site has been referred to as a "kingdom" before by members and for good reason- our site is huge. Whether you're a member of our Shop, Forum, or Encyclopedia we are responsive to your needs, questions, and desires. Our staff, known as the Creepy Crew, answer all inquiries that come through Support within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday (sometimes weekends and holidays).

Customer Loyalty Membership Levels

Our Customer Loyalty Program is extensive and highly rewarding! It provides special sales, discounts, aftercare, and more. 

All basic Customer Loyalty Memberships are FREE. Memberships are awarded based on the total of your completed orders in the shop.  Your special membership discount is automatically deducted on all discountable listings.  You must be logged into your shop account to see your membership discount.

+ Membership (Optional Add-on)

The + Membership is an add-on for any Loyalty Program membership.  If you wish to upgrade your membership to a + Membership, you will enjoy additional perks & an enhanced discount.  The + Membership is a monthly subscription that you can start/stop at any time.  Monthly subscriptions are controlled in your Subscriptions tab of your customer account.   + Membership perks can change at any time, please check this page for the most up-to-date list of perks.

Upgrades & Changes as of August 01, 2025:

+ Members receive the additional 5% added to their existing Membership status, including:

• Priority order processing
• Free weekly 1-3 Bindings, Services, Classes, Seminars, Books, etc. before they are available for sale in the shop.  The free offers change every Monday and are announced weekly a month in advance in the "Coming Soon" area
• Advanced access to bindings, limited items, and special offers that may, or may not, be available in the shop later
• Access to journaling software where you can keep track of any bindings and items you have from any source
• Participation in SRA program - ability to bring home companions or bindings that have been given to us by others for rehoming from other practitioners, shops, or paranormal artifacts they found (the availability of SRA bindings depends on what is sent to us for rehoming)

You must be logged into your shop account in order to view your Order History, Wish List, and Gift Registry. You must be logged into your shop account to see hidden categories, use coupons & gift certificates, and take advantage of special offers given through the newsletters.

* Eterna Lifetime Membership

If you'd like to skip the line, and jump straight to an ongoing 50% discount of all discountable listings in the shop, you can opt for Eterna Lifetime Membership.  If you reach the Carissimi level, your membership will automatically upgrade to 55%.  Eterna shares the same perks level as Izarra.

Loyalty Points

Customers with store accounts are automatically enrolled, you can read about Loyalty Points and how they are used. If you do not have a store account yet, join the Program today by creating your account.  

Earning Points

Purchases - You earn 1 point for every $1.00 spent on purchases in the store.

Reviews - 50 points for reviewing any listing in the shop (4-stars or above).  

Redeeming Points

To redeem points earned you need to be signed in to your store account. If you accrued enough reward points for a discount, the store will automatically calculate the discount for you during the checkout process.  If you do not wish to redeem points on an order, you can adjust the reward points through a link on the cart page.

Your points are converted to a dollar discount at a 2% rate of your points total, for a maximum of 5% off the entire subtotal of your cart.  It will be automatically redeemed on your cart screen.

Customer Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Your package comes in a plain, unmarked bubble mailer or cardboard box with an anonymous return address and no paper invoice enclosed.  Your invoice can be found in your email and on your order history page when logged into your shop account. We know you may not want to advertise to the world you are into the supernatural and we do everything we can to ensure your privacy.
