The purpose of this class is to provide you three exercises that can be accomplished to bring you closer in energy & interaction with your spirit companions. They can be used with white or dark arts entities. As we and the spirits who accompany us are all made of energy these exercises engage active energy to help bring use closer & experience more connected exchanges. You may utilize all of these together at the same time, independently, and as often as you desire.

Goals:
To utilize any or all of the three exercises to bring you closer to your spirit companions.

I absolutely love and enjoy the sleep cycle interaction! I had a fun time with my sexual spirits! I luckily had a clear quartz point so I think it really helped this spell. I recommend the wake back to bed method to encourage lucid dreaming while doing this excercise.

Advantages: Simple instructions

Disadvantages: None.

I ordered this in order to better connect with the spirits in my keeping. It took a second but now when I do the exercises (the one with the salt is the most effective for me right now) I can feel their presence.

Advantages: These exercises are very quick and easy. One requires a little salt (my favorite) but for me this is more of a recommendation than absolute as I am able to connect to my spirits without it.

Disadvantages: None! It would be nice though if this was included in the Spirit Keeping 101 book.

The spells and spirits for kids are some of the most beautiful gifts I have given to my Grandson. He is almost 11 and he loves anyone with 'special powers'. On November 24, one of my spirit friend (Madrid Diatma Djinn Kimuja) came. I've been working on my issues to connect with her. Ash & Magnolia gave me some free services to get to this point! My problem was I'm not sensitive enough, I don't have lots of time to meditate, etc; I'm non paranormal so this world is new to me :)
I had a short conversation with Kimuja (I can't share in public...sorry) and she sang me a song but I didn't understand her language!
