How to use this listing
This listing should be used for any spell you wish to be customized to you. This is not for spells already listed in the shop, please use those listings directly.
If the description of your custom spell request has more than 1 intent and purpose, then there needs to be a new quantity added for every additional customization.
Otherwise, we may fulfill only the first intent/purpose and ignore the rest. We do not always have time to reach out for clarification. If you are not sure what you need please reach out to us via the contact bubble found on every page of the shop. We are happy to help address questions before you place an order.
Please put any notes necessary to the binding in the Notes section for us. You select the class rating at which the binding will be cast, and that is what will be done.
You may also request Code Words be created for activation and deactivation of your spell. Code Words are a para-technology related to spells. Code Words are powerful word(s) used to immediately provoke the energies or powers of a spell. This allows you to to be able to activate and deactivate your bindings upon desire.
Levels of Spells
Standard spells come in any Class, they are typical spells for working with magick.
Advanced spells come only in Class 5 tier 3 & Dynamic, as they are intended for work with more advanced forms of magick and those experienced working with magick.
Rare spells come only in Class 5 tier 3 & Dynamic, are recommended only for those experienced in working with magick, and are rooted in rare forms of magick energy and power.
Master spells come only in Class 5 tier 3 & Dynamic, are recommended only for those more experienced in working with magick, and are intended for those used to regularly working with spells & magick, as they are more intense in power.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
You need not do anything for this binding to work for you, as it utilizes our proprietary Creepy Hollows Dynamic Para-technology which automatically and intuitively adjusts life contributions as needed, or work with it directly through meditation. Additionally, interaction during sleep can be achieved by placing it within a foot of your bed, or If Bound To Spirit, no further steps are needed.

All customers are responsible for any VAT or customs duties imposed by their country upon delivery of the order. We do not ship to Mexico due to the high rate of mail theft. Oh yes, we're that good! We definitely take longer than some internet spirit & spell sellers. However, we're not the "toss a product in a bag & ship it" mentality here. Because of the level of devotion to our craft we give individual attention to each order, and considering the sheer volume of orders we receive, it can take 7-10 business days for an order to ship, or be completed. We're worth the wait! With over 20 years of service online it's no wonder that our shop has garnered the amount of attention it has :) We put individual attention into each & every order. We are committed professionals who have an outstanding reputation for being meticulous & thoughtful with every order.
Typically shipping with Creepy Hollows can be anywhere between 7-10 days. We do our best to process orders as efficiently as possible however we do take the time to make sure each person is receiving spirits and/or spells that best suit them, doing this gives us the opportunity to make adjustments when necessary. We do not strive to earn our reputation in fast shipping, but quality work. We take the responsibility of the paranormal with the utmost respect at all times! Work begins on all orders within 24 hours - 3 days of placement, which includes any Bridging.
Explanation of Order Statuses:
Completed/Delivered: Your order is complete, if you opted for shipment, a tracking number is on the order page
Declined: Paypal or your credit card has been declined for payment
Failed: During processing the payment method you used did not complete, and the items are not reserved for you
Partially Shipped: There is an item(s) that will be shipping separately from the rest of your order
Processing: We are currently working on your order, the next step is "Complete"

Order Cancellation
You have 3 days from the date the order was placed to cancel for a full refund to the payment source, otherwise once the order is shipped you would need to return the order if you decide you do not want to keep it. Services cannot be cancelled once they are completed; you can reschedule a service or exchange services (within 30 days - see information below).
If you have more than 5 orders canceled & refunded on your account, your account will be immediately suspended.
Digital content on this website is not subject to order cancellation or our return policy because once the order is processed, access to the content is provided and cannot be reclaimed. Therefore all sales are final with digital content.
Return Policy
You must return the order received within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs). All items must be in their original state and either in their original packaging or similar packaging as items damaged in return will not be refunded. We recommend you purchase tracking for your return package to ensure its safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Exchange Policy
You have a 30 day period once your order is marked complete. If something doesn't work for you we are happy to help you with any questions or concerns, or match you with a better spirit, spell, or service. Sometimes there are reasons you know or don't know why a spirit or spell doesn't work well with you. You have 30 days to get to know a spirit, or spell, and for the two of you to decide if it's a good fit. If for any reason you think the two of you aren't working out you can send the spirit, or spell, back and we will re-match you with a new spirit or spell, we will provide you a gift certificate to replace an order for the binding of your choice. Replacements are done once only for a binding exchange. We still maintain that all good things take time for some but in some cases you just know in the first 30 days.
Any special offers, Limited Time Only, Eterna Membership, Third Party, bath & body products, or custom work (any item titled "Custom") that is done specifically for you is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Communication for Return or Exchange
You must write to support@creepyhollows.com. This is the ONLY form of communication we will accept for cancellations, returns, or exchanges. You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the items to us, we recommend you send the package with tracking (and insurance if the value exceeds $100). You will be responsible for the shipping charges to ship your exchange/replacement back to you once we have received the original items. If you ship items back outside of the return window (5 days from order receipt), they will not be refunded or exchanged.
If you file a chargeback, all work done by us is reversed immediately and will no longer be obtainable. Your account is immediately suspended and will not be reinstated until the order is paid for, including any chargeback fees we have to pay because of the chargeback; suspension of your account includes all CH services and areas of the site.
Digital content on this website is not subject to order cancellation or our return policy because once the order is processed, access to the content is provided and cannot be reclaimed. Therefore all sales are final with digital content.
Because of the nature of the work involved there is a great deal of personal time that is required for the bindings and work involved for each order.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion. Examples would include gross pricing errors, suspicious account activity, etc.
We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we believe that what you are requesting is not realistic, cannot be done, or we believe you would be better served to seek a medical professional's advice.
Disputes on Orders
If we receive notice from Paypal or your financial institution, that there is an open dispute on the charge of your order, we will immediately suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. All open orders in your name will also be placed on hold and/or immediately canceled until the dispute is resolved.
We immediately provide all information related to the purchase; name on the order, the IP address, billing & shipping address, items ordered, and any relevant information requested by the bank disputing the charge, and/or law enforcement.
We reserve the right to cancel & immediately refund any order we believe to be placed fraudulently.
