Bridging is a new technique that my husband, Ash, and I have developed to allow the spirits and spells we cast to be with both the vessel and the Keeper. It is a technique we have copyrighted. All of our spirits and spells come with this exclusive technique!

Bridging means that if you do not want to have the vessel with you then you can still have your spirit or spell with you. All you have to do is ask them to be with you. Or, if you want to leave your spirit or spell at home and go out without them you can ask them to return to their vessel.

This allows you the freedom and the ability to do what is best for you and your spirit family. We are ALWAYS looking for new ways to enhance the Keeper or collector's experience and broaden the pathways of the paranormal!

Bridging - Another Creepy Hollows Developed Para-Technology for Keepers!

Bridging is the process that binds the spirit to both you and the vessel and binds the powers and/or effects of a spell to you.

Bridging for Spirits 

You can send the spirit to its vessel if you want to be alone.  You can wear the vessel with the spirit or leave the vessel at home and just take the spirit with you.  You send the spirit to their vessel by verbal or telepathic command, just ask them to do what you want them to do.

If you feel your spirit binding needs recharging you can send them to their vessel and place it in the charging box. It is never a necessity to charge a spirit binding, it is a convenience for you both.

Most importantly the benefit of Bridging is that any spirits from us you have when you pass away will not be concreted to their vessels, they will be set free. This is important because if you were to pass away and did not leave instructions for their care the spirits would run the risk of being discarded, forgotten and neglected.

However, many expressed concern that they wanted to be able to pass their spirits on to their children, loved ones, other family members or friends. So be sure you use the right invocation with the Bridging stone. For those who want their spirits set free there is an extra line.

What if you change your mind later? You can use the Bridging stone to make those changes. You can bind different spirits in different ways. Some you may want to set free at your death others you may not.

Using the Bridging Stone you can Bridge multiple spirits at a time by holding their vessels in one hand, the Bridging Stone in the other and reciting the invocation every day for 7 consecutive day until complete, this process was developed specifically for the Bridging Stone. The invocation will not turn any stone into a Bridging Stone, you must have the Bridging Stone from us for the invocation to work.

This is the invocation for Bridging your spirits to you. There are two options in Bridging, make your selection as you see fit for each spirit. You can change between these two options at your discretion depending on which spirit you are working with.

Bridging for Spells

The Bridging process for spells allows you a closer affiliation with the energies & powers associated with the enchanted object. This allows you to be able to interact more closely and to receive in some cases as faster response & result from the enchantments/spells. The Bridging process amplifies the effects of spells & enchantments allowing better reception & interaction for you!!!

To Un-Bridge Spirits

You will need to recite the provided invocation for 10, consecutive days. If you miss a day you will need to start over. You can do it at any time on each of the consecutive days. For spirits who do not have names simply state the name of race (like Wraith, Fylgia, Duojna, etc).

To Un-Bridge Spells

You will need to recite the provided invocation for 10, consecutive days. If you miss a day you will need to start over. You can do it at any time on each of the consecutive days. Speak the name of the spell or the primary functions of the spell as its name.

Cross-Bridging

To Cross Bridge you will need the original vessel, yourself, & the person or object you wish to Cross-Bridge to, create a triangular formation with yourself & the objects by placing the original vessels to your left & your cross-bridge vessel to your right (or if it's to be a person either the person or a paper with the person's name & DOB on it) within a comfortable arms reach.

You can cross-bridge multiple vessels to one master vessel or to another person, but if you want to Cross-Bridge certain vessels to specific vessels then you need to do those one at a time.

You will receive one Bridging Stone©. You will hold the Bridging Stone© in one hand and the vessel of the spirit or spell in the other and recite the incantation provided in the instructions that are provided via download. You will find the link for your downloadable instructions in your invoice. You will repeat this every day for 7 days and the process is complete!

Domestic (USA)
The shipping rates are calculated in real time and we provide a great range of shipping options for you. For downloadable items there is no shipping charge. If the items on your order you wish to be bound to spirit and have nothing physically shipped to you, then you can select the "No Shipping Required" option to avoid shipping costs.

International
The shipping rates are calculated in real time and we provide a great range of shipping options for you.  All customers are responsible for any VAT or customs duties imposed by their country upon delivery of the order.  We do not ship to Mexico due to the high rate of mail theft.  If the items on your order you wish to be bound to spirit and have nothing physically shipped to you, then you can select the "No Shipping Required" option to avoid shipping costs.

You can receive free shipping with your order, if you order is over $100 after all discounts (sale & membership).  The free shipping promotion qualifies for orders under 8 ounces.

Oh yes, we're that good! We definitely take longer than some internet spirit & spell sellers. However, we're not the "toss a product in a bag & ship it" mentality here. Because of the level of devotion to our craft we give individual attention to each order, and considering the sheer volume of orders we receive, it can take 7-10 business days for an order to ship, or be completed. We're worth the wait! With over 15 years of service online it's no wonder that our shop has garnered the amount of attention it has :) We put individual attention into each & every order. We are committed professionals who have an outstanding reputation for being meticulous & thoughtful with every order.

Typically shipping with Creepy Hollows can be anywhere between 7-10 days. We do our best to process orders as efficiently as possible however we do take the time to make sure each person is receiving spirits and/or spells that best suit them, doing this gives us the opportunity to make adjustments when necessary. We do not strive to earn our reputation in fast shipping, but quality work. We take the responsibility of the paranormal with the utmost respect at all times!  Work begins on all orders within 24 hours - 3 days of placement, which includes any Bridging.

Explanation of Order Statuses:
Backordered: The entire order has been back-ordered (rarely used)
Completed: Your order has been shipped and is complete, a tracking number was sent via email from Stamps
Declined: Paypal or your credit card has been declined for payment
Failed: During processing the payment method you used did not complete, and the items are not reserved for you
Not Finished: You did not finish placing your order
Partially Paid: You have placed a layaway & have made the down payment, but have not finished paying for it
Partially Shipped: There is an item(s) that will be shipping separately from the rest of your order
Paid Off: You have finished paying off your layaway and it will be shipping soon
Processed: You have completed the check out process and the items in your order are reserved for you, the next step is "Complete"
Queued: You did not finish the whole check out process and the items are not reserved for you
Re-Shipped: You wrote in to say your package was lost & we re-shipped the order to you

Assigned to...: When your order is assigned it means work has started and the person the order is assigned to will be the crew member shipping your order :)

    I purchased this tool for my first spirit that was not bound by CH but I wanted to be sure I could maintain connection if the vessel was not close by. Very clear instructions and worked well. I eventually used another CH tool to bind her to spirit instead. I am very happy with the tool.

    With modern times comes new challenges to being a successful practicer of magic. One huge hurdle that didn’t apply in the bygone eras is increased mobility. Now that there are airplanes, cars, buses, trains, etc it is possible for a human to travel great distances very quickly. Several jobs demand their employees be mobile! A lot of magic depends on the spell or spirit be tied to a vessel. When a practicer of magic starts a collection, it gets cumbersome to carry every single vessel. After a point, a person has to make choices for which vessel to carry with them each day. CH solves that problem with the Bridging Stone! I can’t express how amazing this little piece of paranormal technology is.

    I’m required to be mobile for my job which I enjoy doing. Personally, I love vessels. Something about having a solid anchor to the spell or spirit is reassuring. Thanks to the Bridging Stone, I can keep all my vessels at home while having my spirits and spells with me at all times. It is such a relief I don’t need to worry about who and what to bring with me each day. No more time wasted selecting the vessels to carry with me! Now I have both my vessels and the freedom of having everything with me.

Order Cancellation

You have 3 days from the date the order was placed to cancel for a full refund to the payment source, otherwise once the order is shipped you would need to return the order if you decide you do not want to keep it.  Services cannot be cancelled once they are completed; you can reschedule a service or exchange services (within 30 days - see information below). 

If you have more than 5 orders canceled & refunded on your account, your account will be immediately suspended.  

Digital content on this website is not subject to order cancellation or our return policy because once the order is processed, access to the content is provided and cannot be reclaimed.  Therefore all sales are final with digital content.

Return Policy

You must return the order received within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).  All items must be in their original state and either in their original packaging or similar packaging as items damaged in return will not be refunded.  We recommend you purchase tracking for your return package to ensure its safe delivery.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Exchange Policy

You have a 30 day period once your order is marked complete. If something doesn't work for you we are happy to help you with any questions or concerns, or match you with a better spirit, spell, or service. Sometimes there are reasons you know or don't know why a spirit or spell doesn't work well with you. You have 30 days to get to know a spirit, or spell, and for the two of you to decide if it's a good fit. If for any reason you think the two of you aren't working out you can send the spirit, or spell, back and we will re-match you with a new spirit or spell, we will provide you a gift certificate to replace an order for the binding of your choice. Replacements are done once only for a binding exchange. We still maintain that all good things take time for some but in some cases you just know in the first 30 days.

Any special offers, Limited Time Only, Eterna Membership, Third Party, bath & body products, or custom work (any item titled "Custom") that is done specifically for you is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Communication for Return or Exchange

You must write to support@creepyhollows.com. This is the ONLY form of communication we will accept for cancellations, returns, or exchanges.  You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the items to us, we recommend you send the package with tracking (and insurance if the value exceeds $100).  You will be responsible for the shipping charges to ship your exchange/replacement back to you once we have received the original items.  If you ship items back outside of the return window (5 days from order receipt), they will not be refunded or exchanged.

If you file a chargeback, all work done by us is reversed immediately and will no longer be obtainable.  Your account is immediately suspended and will not be reinstated until the order is paid for, including any chargeback fees we have to pay because of the chargeback; suspension of your account includes all CH services and areas of the site.

Because of the nature of the work involved there is a great deal of personal time that is required for the bindings and work involved for each order.
 

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion. Examples would include gross pricing errors, suspicious account activity, etc.

We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we believe that what you are requesting is not realistic, cannot be done, or we believe you would be better served to seek a medical professional's advice.

Disputes on Orders

If we receive notice from Paypal or your financial institution, that there is an open dispute on the charge of your order, we will immediately suspend your account until the dispute is resolved.  All open orders in your name will also be placed on hold and/or immediately canceled until the dispute is resolved.

We immediately provide all information related to the purchase; name on the order, the IP address, billing & shipping address, items ordered, and any relevant information requested by the bank disputing the charge, and/or law enforcement.

We reserve the right to cancel & immediately refund any order we believe to be placed fraudulently.
