Order Cancellation

You have 3 days from the date the order was placed to cancel for a full refund to the payment source, otherwise once the order is shipped you would need to return the order if you decide you do not want to keep it.  You must return the package with everything in original condition within 5 days of order delivery.

If you have more than 5 orders canceled & refunded on your account, your account will be immediately suspended.  

Digital content on this website is not subject to order cancellation or our return policy because once the order is processed, access to the content is provided and cannot be reclaimed.  Therefore all sales are final with digital content.

Return Policy

You must return the order received within 5 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).  All items must be in their original state and either in their original packaging or similar packaging as items damaged in return will not be refunded.  We recommend you purchase tracking for your return package to ensure its safe delivery.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Exchange Policy

You have a 30 day period once your order is marked complete. If something doesn't work for you we are happy to help you with any questions or concerns, or match you with a better spirit, spell, or service. Sometimes there are reasons you know or don't know why a spirit or spell doesn't work well with you. You have 30 days to get to know a spirit, or spell, and for the two of you to decide if it's a good fit. If for any reason you think the two of you aren't working out you can send the spirit, or spell, back and we will re-match you with a new spirit or spell, or you can receive a refund via store credit only. Spells are replaced with spells, spirits are replaced with spirits, and Arts can be changed on spells (if needed). Replacements are done once only for a binding exchange. We still maintain that all good things take time for some but in some cases you just know in the first 30 days.

Any special offers, Limited Time Only, Eterna Membership, Third Party, bath & body products, or custom work (any item titled "Custom") that is done specifically for you is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Communication for Return or Exchange

You must write to support@creepyhollows.com. This is the ONLY form of communication we will accept for cancellations, returns, or exchanges.  You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the items to us, we recommend you send the package with tracking (and insurance if the value exceeds $100).  You will be responsible for the shipping charges to ship your exchange/replacement back to you once we have received the original items.  If you ship items back outside of the return window (5 days from order receipt), they will not be refunded or exchanged.

If you file a chargeback, all work done by us is reversed immediately and will no longer be obtainable.  Your account is immediately suspended and will not be reinstated until the order is paid for, including any chargeback fees we have to pay because of the chargeback; suspension of your account includes all CH services and areas of the site.

Because of the nature of the work involved there is a great deal of personal time that is required for the bindings and work involved for each order.
 

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion. Examples would include gross pricing errors, suspicious account activity, etc.

We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we believe that what you are requesting is not realistic, cannot be done, or we believe you would be better served to seek a medical professional's advice.

Disputes on Orders

If we receive notice from Paypal or your financial institution, that there is an open dispute on the charge of your order, we will immediately suspend your account until the dispute is resolved.  All open orders in your name will also be placed on hold and/or immediately canceled until the dispute is resolved.

We immediately provide all information related to the purchase; name on the order, the IP address, billing & shipping address, items ordered, and any relevant information requested by the bank disputing the charge, and/or law enforcement.

We reserve the right to cancel & immediately refund any order we believe to be placed fraudulently.
