I've had this one for a while now (over 2 years) and have noticed some fluctuations. I used it a lot in the beginning of my spirit keeping journey, but lately have been turning it off to take breaks and only turn it on when I need a bit of a boost. It has also helped me trouble shoot some imbalances in me. It's intense so I don't suggest having it on 24/7. Grounding really helps also.

Fantastic binding! Very powerful. Once I activated it, I noticed an immediate difference in my ability to sense my spirit companion’s energies, and feel their touches and manifestations. I’ve accidentally fallen asleep with it still active and woken up a bit woozy and nauseous in the morning, so it’s definitely worth using in moderation! So, I got this on max level, C5T3 a day ago, because I sensed the actual casting. I bought this with a freebie psychic one. I think that is on class 5 level as it is a freebie. I had an experience with the psychic one at night and also I felt over simulation but I could go back to sleep. All this was without code words acivation.

Sensed the energy before i activated it. Vessel is the coolest ring. Fits my thumb, just how I wanted. Anyway, I activated it and dang, I was hit with the energy. Now I know why they said only for those who struggle. WitH this I do hear and sense and ever see spirits better, but it also makes me disconnect.like I yeet into obe(out of body experiences) way too easy with this. Not that it's a bad thing, just surprisingly strong. I advise caution to those that do not actually strugle or have blockages. This is overkill for those who can already do so.
