This binding is something that will benefit anyone. I have gotten a Class 4 binding for this, and even at a Class 4, it works tremendously well! Gradually shifts, but the change is there. I can't help but wonder the intensity of the effects if I will level the binding to a class 5 tier 3 for mine in the future. It helps in all situations, and I use it even when I am sleeping, to work with releasing blockages at night too. When I am awake, I felt well rested, and really great.
