The shipping rates are calculated in real time and we provide a great range of shipping options for you. For downloadable items there is no shipping charge. If the items on your order you wish to be bound to spirit and have nothing physically shipped to you, then you can select the "No Shipping Required" option to avoid shipping costs.

International
The shipping rates are calculated in real time and we provide a great range of shipping options for you.  All customers are responsible for any VAT or customs duties imposed by their country upon delivery of the order.  We do not ship to Mexico due to the high rate of mail theft.  If the items on your order you wish to be bound to spirit and have nothing physically shipped to you, then you can select the "No Shipping Required" option to avoid shipping costs.

You can receive free shipping with your order, if you order is over $100 after all discounts (sale & membership).  The free shipping promotion qualifies for orders under 8 ounces.

Regardless of what shipping option you choose in checkout, when your order ships via free shipping, with any shop promotion, it is shipped "best way" which means we pick the method of shipping that is used.

If you would like any special shipping services like signature for delivery, please contact us.  If your package is over $500 your order will require a signature for delivery by default.

Current Shipping Status for Orders

Oh yes, we're that good! We definitely take longer than some internet spirit & spell sellers. However, we're not the "toss a product in a bag & ship it" mentality here. Because of the level of devotion to our craft we give individual attention to each order, and considering the sheer volume of orders we receive, it can take 7-10 business days for an order to ship, or be completed. We're worth the wait! With over 15 years of service online it's no wonder that our shop has garnered the amount of attention it has :) We put individual attention into each & every order. We are committed professionals who have an outstanding reputation for being meticulous & thoughtful with every order.

Typically shipping with Creepy Hollows can be anywhere between 7-10 days. We do our best to process orders as efficiently as possible however we do take the time to make sure each person is receiving spirits and/or spells that best suit them, doing this gives us the opportunity to make adjustments when necessary. We do not strive to earn our reputation in fast shipping, but quality work. We take the responsibility of the paranormal with the utmost respect at all times!  Work begins on all orders within 24 hours - 3 days of placement, which includes any Bridging.

Explanation of Order Statuses:
Backordered: The entire order has been back-ordered (rarely used)
Completed: Your order has been shipped and is complete, a tracking number was sent via email from Stamps
Declined: Paypal or your credit card has been declined for payment
Failed: During processing the payment method you used did not complete, and the items are not reserved for you
Not Finished: You did not finish placing your order
Partially Paid: You have placed a layaway & have made the down payment, but have not finished paying for it
Partially Shipped: There is an item(s) that will be shipping separately from the rest of your order
Paid Off: You have finished paying off your layaway and it will be shipping soon
Processed: You have completed the check out process and the items in your order are reserved for you, the next step is "Complete"
Queued: You did not finish the whole check out process and the items are not reserved for you
Re-Shipped: You wrote in to say your package was lost & we re-shipped the order to you

Assigned to...: When your order is assigned it means work has started and the person the order is assigned to will be the crew member shipping your order :)

Orders take between 7-10 business days to ship. Business days are Monday-Friday.

We accept the following payment methods:

Order Cancellation

You have 3 days from the date the order was placed to cancel for a full refund to the payment source, otherwise once the order is shipped you would need to return the order if you decide you do not want to keep it.  Services cannot be cancelled once they are completed; you can reschedule a service or exchange services (within 30 days - see information below). 

If you have more than 5 orders canceled & refunded on your account, your account will be immediately suspended.  

Digital content on this website is not subject to order cancellation or our return policy because once the order is processed, access to the content is provided and cannot be reclaimed.  Therefore all sales are final with digital content.

Return Policy

You must return the order received within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).  All items must be in their original state and either in their original packaging or similar packaging as items damaged in return will not be refunded.  We recommend you purchase tracking for your return package to ensure its safe delivery.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Exchange Policy

You have a 30 day period once your order is marked complete. If something doesn't work for you we are happy to help you with any questions or concerns, or match you with a better spirit, spell, or service. Sometimes there are reasons you know or don't know why a spirit or spell doesn't work well with you. You have 30 days to get to know a spirit, or spell, and for the two of you to decide if it's a good fit. If for any reason you think the two of you aren't working out you can send the spirit, or spell, back and we will re-match you with a new spirit or spell, we will provide you a gift certificate to replace an order for the binding of your choice. Replacements are done once only for a binding exchange. We still maintain that all good things take time for some but in some cases you just know in the first 30 days.

Any special offers, Limited Time Only, Eterna Membership, Third Party, bath & body products, or custom work (any item titled "Custom") that is done specifically for you is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Communication for Return or Exchange

You must write to support@creepyhollows.com. This is the ONLY form of communication we will accept for cancellations, returns, or exchanges.  You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the items to us, we recommend you send the package with tracking (and insurance if the value exceeds $100).  You will be responsible for the shipping charges to ship your exchange/replacement back to you once we have received the original items.  If you ship items back outside of the return window (5 days from order receipt), they will not be refunded or exchanged.

If you file a chargeback, all work done by us is reversed immediately and will no longer be obtainable.  Your account is immediately suspended and will not be reinstated until the order is paid for, including any chargeback fees we have to pay because of the chargeback; suspension of your account includes all CH services and areas of the site.

Because of the nature of the work involved there is a great deal of personal time that is required for the bindings and work involved for each order.
 

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion. Examples would include gross pricing errors, suspicious account activity, etc.

We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we believe that what you are requesting is not realistic, cannot be done, or we believe you would be better served to seek a medical professional's advice.

Disputes on Orders

If we receive notice from Paypal or your financial institution, that there is an open dispute on the charge of your order, we will immediately suspend your account until the dispute is resolved.  All open orders in your name will also be placed on hold and/or immediately canceled until the dispute is resolved.

We immediately provide all information related to the purchase; name on the order, the IP address, billing & shipping address, items ordered, and any relevant information requested by the bank disputing the charge, and/or law enforcement.

We reserve the right to cancel & immediately refund any order we believe to be placed fraudulently.
