ash is one in a million honestly! I love this

Love this so much. Never knew Ash was an artist. Beautiful imagery that stimulates. It felt like the puzzle pieces of all these enchantments came together as I use this with them. Really great if meditation makes you anxious. Super easy and quick to go wherever whenever.

A really complex image plus instructions to focus on different parts of the image for different effects. Personally I found the image too complex to use it without staring directly at it. I prefer simpler images, though, so it might be just me.

Just looking for around 2 Minutes and you feel some shift in your head. Excellent for Meditation and great artistic style.
As a Beginner i recommend it.

I love this meditation! For those of us who don't like to always close our eyes to meditate or connect, this is awesome! I use it every day with several CH items and it always leaves me feeling wonderful and buzzing with energy. A great meditation for any time of day! Useful in so many avenues.
