This is White Arts only. Day 1 uses a lot of solar symbolism . Day 2 is angel-related. ect. That said, each daily activity is simple and easy to do. Be sure to read ahead before you get started as some days have components like herbs that you will need to get them done.

Such a fun book. Really enjoyed doing it everyday. And could definitely feel the increase in energy and protection.

This is a wonderful booklet that contains associations, mantras, and daily activities that you can use to boost different aspects of your metaphysical energies. It does take a bit of preparation in terms of gathering the materials required, but it is well worth the effort. Even if you do not wish to do the full 30 days, the mantras and activities can still be used individually (pick and choose) in meditations or energy work, but for best results, the 30-day program is recommended.
